| I started work in Apar in July 1996 as a clerk in the estimating department. In a short time I started to be involved in the company’s computer management, in both hardware and software, but still with regard to estimates and constantly gaining experience in production technology. In the last few years I have actively taken part in the structural-organizational expansion that has involved the whole company. In 2001 I was assigned market management that I left in 2002, when I was assigned the position of Technical Office Director. As from 2003 I became Warehouse and Production Manager.
I decided to invest a career in Apar above all to develop and improve my position and knowledge at both a professional and personal level. All this was possible thanks to experience gained over the years, to specialized courses constantly run by the company, and to the continual comparison and exchange of information with other professional staff in the company.
Personally I recommend Apar to all those who want to work and receive recognition and rewards for their ability, who want to feel an active part of a close-working team and who want to work in a young and dynamic company. Always be full of enthusiasm, honesty, professionalism and not afraid of expressing your own ideas, especially when they mean to improve something.
