My story in Apar started in April 1997.
At the time of my arrival there were twenty-five employees.   I was not yet twenty-seven but I was the fifth oldest person in the company!
Now there are sixty without counting the external collaborators.

Initially I was hired to reinforce the sales department which at the time was made up of only Geom. Tegas and Sig. Manta (one of the two proprietors).
After a couple of months however we agreed with the owners to carry out some changes since it was now necessary to reorganize management of work acquired and programming in both the production level and assembly, and so I began to be involved in this.
At present I am Manager for the Home Area, that is all work regarding private customers, as well as being responsible for assembly and logistics in general.

The force which drove me to invest a career in Apar came, and still comes from the high-powered energy of the company and the job I occupy, which is stressful and stimulating at the same time.
As already mentioned, the company is in continual expansion, something which is achieved not in a hasty way but by always cautiously examining issues according to market trends and changes becoming necessary within the company organization; this level of careful attention combined with the particular lightness of my job is what gives me enthusiasm and push in my working life.

From my own experience I can recommend Apar to those…
Who are ambitious and modest at the same time.
Who are intelligent and responsible.
Who want to work (this is not something to be taken for granted and it is increasingly difficult to find staff, both skilled and unskilled). There is always room in Apar for people who are willing.
Who want to work in a young and dynamic company.
Who want to learn a varied job where they can find: manual skills, study, incentive and competition.
Who are convinced of making their own contribution, be it for qualified people or experienced people, above all in the doors and windows field, although this is not indispensable (we have salesmen, book-keepers, economists, engineers, draughtsmen and trainees).
Who are looking for a company that on recognizing a valid member of staff, is behind them in every way.
Who are looking for a company that constantly invests in human resources and technology.

Finally, two words of advice for those intending to apply for work in Apar.
Make application only if you are truly motivated.  Ask for an interview and feel free to verbalize your skills and expectations.
