1987. APA (Aluminium Profiles Assembly) started off in a basement in a small town in the industrious region of Brianza with the intuition and courage of its founders.  Few resources, a lot of question marks and a passion and a commitment for well-made products which has carried on until the present day. The clipped trademark “Apar”  originated here and still represents the same quality, thanks to the intuition of the person who was to become the wife of one of its partners.

1988 The company continues to grow, then changes its name to Apar snc (Assembly of Aluminium Profiles and Facings). The basement was replaced by the well-known premises of Via Toscanini in Veduggio con Colzano, in a  rented workshop of approx. 600 sq.m.  The first employees were taken on and Apar is now a small-business set-up.

1990s Until now Apar had concentrated its energy in developing the workshop, equipped for private customer work, but the first industrial contracts and design offices require more space. It is then decided to create a technical area and offices to improve the standard of service offered to the customer.

1998 The premises in Via Toscanini became inadequate and work began to realize a new product unit of 2000 sq.m. in Nibionno, in an area that was strategic for various reasons. Alongside the office 250 sq.m. were built and an additional 250 sq.m. as a show-room to enable Apar customers to see at first hand the products and quality offered by the company.

2001 In the new Millenium Apar made the transition from a small business holding to an industrial one by going public.  Management was put in the hands of a dynamic young General Manager who had helped start the enterprise.

2004 Development and investment had never reached the present level and in order to satisfy new and increasingly complex contracts, offices are enlarged by creating a conference room.  In addition, the workshop increases in size thanks to an area of 500 sq.m. and the creation of a tensile structure to enlarge the warehouse and stockroom.
